About Emily
Attorney Emily Headings has practiced immigration law in Seattle, Washington, since 2002. After working for 12 years at the Northwest Immigrant Rights Project (NWIRP), she opened Headings Immigration Law in 2018, currently with an office in the Wallingford neighborhood of Seattle.
Emily was motivated to become an immigration lawyer as a result of international travels, an interest in human rights law, and, most significantly, living and working on the U.S.-Mexico border during the early 1990s. Emily speaks Spanish and enjoys working with clients from around the world to attain safety, reunite with family, or remain in their communities.
